All orders are handled through one-on-one consultation and written confirmation. A quote, invoice, or payment request must be issued and accepted before any order is considered confirmed. Website enquiries, configurator submissions, mockups, messages, or downloaded catalogues do not create a binding order. Any pricing, quotation, or estimate provided through this website or by direct communication is subject to confirmation and may vary depending on product type, customisation, fitment, finish selection, shipping destination, supplier lead time, production requirements, or installation requirements.
4. Custom Projects
Many LegendMods products and services involve custom, made-to-order, or build-specific solutions. Customer-provided details must be accurate; compatibility may require further confirmation; production timelines may vary; final deliverables may differ slightly from concept visuals or mockups; and production begins only after final design, specifications, quote, and payment terms are confirmed in writing. We reserve the right to refuse or revise a project where technical, safety, legal, operational, or intellectual property issues arise.
5. Fitment and Compatibility
Any fitment guidance provided through this website or communication is general unless specifically confirmed for a customer's vehicle details and build requirements. Customers are responsible for confirming final compatibility, suitability, installation requirements, and local compliance before installation or road use.
6. Customer-Submitted Material
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any artwork, logo, brand mark, image, wheel design, centre cap design, or reference material submitted to LegendMods does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights. LegendMods may refuse to produce or process submitted material that appears unauthorised, restricted, infringing, misleading, unsafe, or legally problematic.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, graphics, copy, visuals, configurator materials, and design assets are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
8. Payment
Payment terms depend on customer type, order type, and quotation terms. Individual customer orders generally require full payment before production begins. Approved dealer, installer, or B2B orders may require a 50% deposit to begin production, with the remaining 50% due before shipment. Payment methods may include secure payment link, PayPal invoice, Wise transfer, bank transfer, telegraphic transfer, XT online banking, or other agreed methods.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LegendMods shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website, reliance on website content, incorrect customer-provided information, delays in communication or fulfilment, product or fitment assumptions made without written confirmation, or third-party services, links, installers, logistics providers, or transport arrangements.
