Shipping Policy
LegendMods may offer wrap products, design-related deliverables, custom wheels, accessories, or project-related items that require shipping. This Shipping Policy outlines general shipping expectations.
1. Order Processing
Processing times may vary depending on product type, stock availability, customisation requirements, finish selection, payment confirmation, and confirmation of vehicle details. Standard items may process faster than custom, made-to-order, or build-specific products.
2. Production Timeframes
Most confirmed wrap orders can be produced and prepared for dispatch within 5-10 business days after final artwork approval and payment confirmation. Most custom forged wheel orders can be produced within 25 days after final specification approval and payment confirmation. Flow-formed wheel availability depends on current stock and must be confirmed before quotation.
3. Fulfilment Location
Most orders are fulfilled through our selected production partners and manufacturing network. During the early stage of our global operation, many orders may be produced and dispatched from Asia. As volume grows, selected products may become available through overseas production partners, local stock, or regional warehousing.
4. Shipping Timeframes
Estimated shipping timeframes are provided as general guidance only. Delivery times may vary due to destination, carrier schedules, customs clearance, public holidays, weather or transport disruptions, supplier lead times, custom production requirements, and freight method. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
5. Shipping Charges and Delivered Quotes
For individual customer orders, we aim to provide a clear door-to-door delivered quote where available. DDP or tax-included delivery may be arranged for selected destinations and will be confirmed in the quotation. For B2B, dealer, or distributor orders, shipping terms can be arranged based on customer requirements, including courier, air freight, sea freight, DAP, DDP, or other agreed logistics terms.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, local fees, GST, VAT, or clearance charges may apply depending on the destination country and shipping terms. Where DDP or tax-included delivery is confirmed in the quotation, such costs will be handled according to the agreed terms. Where not included, such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Split Shipments
If an order includes both wrap products and wheels, items may be shipped separately due to different production timelines, packaging requirements, and logistics arrangements.
8. Delivery Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information.
9. Delivery Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, carriers, supplier disruptions, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10. Damaged or Missing Deliveries
Customers should inspect all packages within 48 hours of delivery where possible. If visible damage, missing items, or packaging issues are found, please contact us promptly with photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and order details. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, work with the shipping provider or supplier to investigate.
11. Risk and Transfer
Unless otherwise agreed, risk in shipped goods transfers upon delivery to the customer or the nominated delivery point.
12. Custom and Oversized Items
Custom-made items, oversized products, and special-order components may require extended handling and shipping arrangements. Additional packaging, freight coordination, or confirmation may be required before dispatch.
